写这个post不是为了“秀”小弟的厨艺,其实也没什么好秀的啦,煮了janji 熟就好啦。这个“POST”特地准备给妈妈和家人的,以证明小弟还没到废寝忘食的阶段。其实出来留学已有心理准备要自己烹煮了。但自己也没想到那么快而已,第二个星期就立刻拿起锅、铲了。这都是收到了泰国餐的刺激!因为,第一个星期刚到来时,“人生路不熟”,为了应酬妈妈去吃餐饭,所以便找到这餐馆了。吃了一顿套餐,有虾饼(蛮多,有一包吧)、茉莉花茶、甜辣豆腐、香兰鸡、令人分量的泰国香米饭、香蕉船雪糕。。这样一吃就吃了15英镑。makai*|%^$^@,这等于我去超市买两个星期的食粮来准备食物。
期间,也受到flatmate的影响,他引述学长的话:“you must learn how to cook here, otherwise you will die".因此,小弟在第二个星期便当机立断买了厨具,自己来。
以下是我在上星期准备过的一些食物,有加料(鸡肉、萝卜)意粉、甜酸鸡、烫油菜、 “杂碎”(懒惰时,把菜、香肠、蛋一起炒)。。现今还有鱼跟羊肉还没试。Hmmm...要试下油炸三文鱼点mayonnaise了,哈哈。
最近这三个月,都发觉有些朋友因感情、事业等事情而弄得不是很开心,希望这"微笑pasta"能令大家解压及释怀。。哈哈
这是小弟昨晚准备的晚餐,可算是这3个星期来最丰富啦,因为想到很多琐事已处理,加上天气蛮冷。。所以准备了东炎汤,萝卜煎蛋、三文鱼点mayonnaise :-)

ok ok, cos last time we alway go out and eat ma..no lan si la, jz to let u guys know how "cham" ck at glasgow ma..no $$ to try scottish cuisine...hhaha
You will able to try Scottish Cuisine after saving money by cooking for urself ;p
Bring back a Phd and a degree in cooking ar!
