螃蟹饭



昨天去槟城探望亲戚时顺便到威省SIMPANG EMPAT那儿尝试了螃蟹饭.单从菜单也知道它是用螃蟹所煮的一道美食.

售价约马币55令吉,可供5-7人适用.有2-3只螃蟹(根据螃蟹体积决定).煮法类似本地的瓦煲鸡饭.吃时,饭特别香甜、柔软,饭里有虾米,香菇当佐料.再加上新鲜的螃蟹,真令人赞不绝口.回味无穷.

由于小弟“墨水”有限,不懂得形容这到食物.大家有机会可到槟城威省尝试这道菜.店的名称我忘了.下次如果在“旧地重吃”,我便把其名字再补贴上来.

ya, and it is not a greasy food, so u can eat as much as u can...haha...regardless of high cholesterol level of seafood.
