有机食物的迷思2

小弟曾在以下的文章分享过与普通种植方式的农作物比较,有机食物并没显著的营养价值。

最近英国媒体报道(如以下两侧新闻),有机洋葱、萝卜与马铃薯并没比普通的农作物含有较高的抗氧化成分。

 

我曾说过有机食物并不会在克服粮食危机是扮演重要角色。就如一些老外讲的,它不过是富人的“奢侈食品”而已。没错,它没有应用农药,其作业方式也较环保。但想想在有机食品还没出现前,我们的长辈,老人家们吃得食品都不是有机的。他们不是还好好吗?我相信,监管农药应用可以避免过度农药使用在农作物和避免造成环境污染。加上先进科技发达,相信市面有较好的农药了。

 

我不会刻意反对或赞同有机食品。如你发觉吃了觉得身体好点,加上你负担的起,那么就继续把。哈哈
