焖黑胡椒肉 :-)

今年开始煮大锅的食物以节省时间。就干脆把所有食才一起煮

大致上,材料有:鸡、猪肉、蚝油、香料、胡椒粉、黑胡椒配料,马铃薯

先把肉类用烧水煮10分钟,以去除多余的脂肪。然后把水倒了,再加入半锅水和所需配料。焖45分钟就好

完成。哈哈
