大学有三个校园：Streatham, St. Luke’s 和 Cornwall. Streatham （也是我的校园），是最大的校园。
埃斯特目前在英国百多所大学中排名第九（the Times league table）。她也是 2007/08 年度大学（Times Higher Education ）
根据学生满意指数，她排名第四（National Student Survey）
卓越研究方向有如：sciences, translational medicine, climate change and sustainability, systems biology, extrasolar planets & functional materials.
