haha, as far as relationship is concern, i will not commit until i am ready. when settng KPI, i consider various factors, namely the is the goal/KPI measurable, achievable, reasonable, etc.
i will come out an "official statement" a.k.a. another blog post, whether i accept the challenge or not..
makaichoon, everyone has strength and weakness, this is my weakness i admit, i'm learning to improve, certainly i will not be ur hkc brother, who has strong fighting spirit LOL

@ck, either you (1) set up a family first then focus on career or (2) focus on career first then look for wife. But i believe one thing, having a gf first can make you not so workaholic and also make your life more interesting and make you more marketable. I mean dating is fun. =) accept my challenge lah, i'm curious what kind of girl you like. hahaha

hahaha...my hkc is also a scorpio, so also consider great but unpredictable
