indecision

on 16 may 2008, at 9pm. finally i have received all the offers for my postgraduate applications. Like now have to look the details of the offer, and eventually hope I can make a good decision, as this is a long term investment. For those who are interested to study abroad, somethings that i would like to share (in my humble opinion), I think the following matters have to be considered .
-accreditation
-career opportunity
-academic strength (teaching and research)
-accommodation
-tuition fee status, funding,
-location, living costs,
-etc.

there are a lot of factors have to concern too, but eventually you will be able to find out more when you are looking serious in this matter and also via proper planning.
