最近在我们很酷的首相的推特看到以下信息：

在推特发了些愚见。当然这一切都是徒然如果没有执行的意愿。

#1Mejabulat to attract talents,it's not about tax incentives/pr ship only, it's about the working culture/facilities provided.

#1Mejabulat if you put good people into poor system, you'll end up poor result,reduce red tape in grant application/career promotion will be great,

#1Mejabulat Should gv> allocation from GDP,previous budget showed RM 400million for R&D out of nation's $200billion GDP,merely 0.065%

#1Mejabulat developed countries focused on knowledge economy, not in mega tower: Sweden,korea,japan,finland spent>3% of GDP on R&D;USA,Spore,Germany>2.5%;UK>1.8%.China~3-5%

#1Mejabulat should foster innovative since high school,we should aim "barangan ciptaan msia" instead of "barangan buatan msia",

#1Mejabulat should establish world class research institute to offer more career options,recruit talents who prefer to do research than academia career, e.g. BGI(China),MaxPlank(Germany)etc.

#1Mejabulat state of the art facilities in research should follow by high standard of maintenance.

#1Mejabulat courses offered by uni should meet job demand, few years ago "false hope" of biotech by the gov policy led to many biosciences graduates, but few related jobs available

#1Mejabulat after all, without fair and transparent policies, all these not going to work

#1Mejabulat if talents recruitment is merit based, please ensure all agencies, gov. servants really follow it, shouldn't have race based agenda

#1Mejabulat increase no.of PhD in the country is counter productive if we don't have the job market for them&if their quality is sub-standard

“牛人的时间管理”-《奇特的一生》

无意在科学网阅读到一篇博客文章，当中提到一本书《奇特的一生》

以下是摘自该书的封底：-

“发表于一九七四年）是一部写真人真事的文献性小说，讲的是苏联昆虫学家柳比歇夫献身科学的故事。从一九一六年元旦开始，二十六岁的柳比歇夫便实行一种“时间统计法”。他每天都要核算自己的时间，一天一小结，每月一大结，年终一总结，直到一九七二年他去世的那一天，五十六年如一日，从不间断。柳比歇夫在短促的一生中取得了丰硕的科学成果，发表了七十来部学术著作，内容涉及昆虫学、科学史、农业遗传学、植物保护、进化论、哲学……苏联作家格拉宁紧紧抓住柳
比歇夫的“时间统计法”这一点，夹叙夹议写成的这部小说，将会引起我国读者的兴趣”

我尝试以他的方法计算了这个周末用的时间，如下(虽然不知能持续多久)。 我也很了解自己不会是十分杰出的科研人员。因为科研讲的是自律。要我“不食人间烟火”不八卦，等真的很难。但科研锻炼，的确会帮我成为更全面的人。哈哈，
